By downloading, installing, or using the PrepCPS mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PrepCPS is an educational mobile application designed to assist medical professionals in preparing for FCPS Part-II specialisation examinations. The App provides practice questions, timed exam simulations, progress tracking, and related study tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Educational Content

The content provided in PrepCPS is for educational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, the App should be used as a supplementary study tool and not as a sole source of medical knowledge. We do not guarantee examination success.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to questions, explanations, graphics, and software, is the property of PrepCPS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or sell content from the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any security features of the App

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly communicated before purchase. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepCPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, examination failure, or professional consequences.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
